TrueSaath Child Safety Standards

TrueSaath Matrimony and TrueSaath Dating, on the website and in the Android app, are for adults only. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind.

What is not allowed

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual image, video or text involving someone under 18
  • Grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a child
  • Sexualising a child in any way, including in a profile, photo or message
  • Anyone under 18 holding an account, or an adult creating an account for them

What we do when we find it

  • Remove the content and delete the account
  • Report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the police or the national reporting authority, as the law requires
  • Keep what the law requires us to keep for that report, and share it only with the authorities

How to report

In the app or on the website. Use Report on the person's profile. Block takes effect immediately.

By email. Write to care@truesaath.com with the subject "Child safety". This is our contact for child safety concerns, and you do not need an account to use it. Please describe what you saw and where, and do not attach or forward the images themselves.

If a child is in danger

Contact the police straight away. In India, call 112 for emergencies or 1098 for Childline, and report online at cybercrime.gov.in. Elsewhere, contact your local police.

More about keeping adults safe and how data is handled is in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
