All 59 auspicious dates for house warming in 2027, with the hours in which the nakshatra and tithi both hold, and the seasons when there are none.
Griha pravesh is the first entry into a new home, usually with a puja, a kalash and the boiling of milk. The muhurat follows its own list of nakshatras. Pushya, refused for a wedding, is among the best for a house. Kharmas, Chaturmas, Holashtak and adhik maas are avoided, but Venus and Jupiter being hidden is not held against a house warming.

The rules these dates follow
Nakshatras accepted: Anuradha, Chitra, Dhanishtha, Hasta, Mrigashira, Pushya, Revati, Rohini, Shatabhisha, Uttara Ashadha, Uttara Bhadrapada and Uttara Phalguni.
Tithis accepted (in either paksha): Dwitiya, Tritiya, Panchami, Saptami, Dashami, Ekadashi, Dwadashi, Trayodashi and Purnima. Rikta tithis and Amavasya are always refused.
Weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Seasons avoided: Kharmas, Chaturmas, Holashtak and Adhik maas. Entering a new home. Pushya is excellent here and refused for marriage, which is the clearest example of why one list cannot serve every ceremony.
A date is listed only if some part of the day carries an accepted nakshatra and an accepted tithi together. The hours column is that part of the day, in Indian Standard Time.
